We're looking for an Assistant General Manager – People & Hospitality to lead our front-of-house team, coach up future leaders, make sure every guest feels welcome, and help protect a SC BBQ tradition. Someone who’s a great fit for this role will be an experienced restaurant leader with high character: calm under pressure, accountable, and someone who'd rather coach than manage. In this role, the AGM will help with hiring, training, and daily operations alongside our GM.
